Tony Pitts

  • Tony has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 22 years.
  • Hotel management experience in Jersey.
  • Worked as Sous Chef in Hollings Hall and Nidd Hall Michelin Star restaurants.
  • Apprentice chef at the Hilton Hotel group.
  • Experienced all hotel standards from 3 stars to Michelin Star at some of England’s top hotels.

In 1996 Tony managed a small 15 Bedroom hotel, restaurant and bars on the Island of Jersey gaining valuable management experience.

Tony came to Ireland in 1998 and established himself as a head chef in some of the country’s best known hotels, working on board the Presidential train for Mary McAlesse.

Tony has held roles as a teacher of catering in Dublin and as an operations manager for a large UK based food cost Control Company before setting up PH-Hospitality Solutions with Tony Herra in 2011.
