Tony Herra has had many years’ experience in hotel and catering management roles. Progressing from a commis chef in Cathal Brugha street Dublin to some of Europe’s leading hotels.

Tony returned from Germany in 1998 to work in some of Irelands best known hotels, running the prestigious Rathsallagh House and Golf Course restaurants and opening the Bracken Court Hotel and overseeing the Leixlip Court Yard Hotel for the Moriarty group.

Tony was tasked by the Harcourt Group to take on the management of their property in Bundoran, this consisted of a hotel and apartment complex. Tony managed the budgets for these properties and exceeded the expectations of the group in doing so.

Approached by the owners of Harveys Point hotel to take on the mantle of General manager in 2010 Tony again added to his knowledge of the business and gained valuable experience in one of Irelands most prestigious hotels.
